Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or 4 years of B2B sales experience or 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• No quotas in this role; emphasis on training and development.
• Candidates must be within driving distance and able to travel for territory coverage.

Responsabilités

• Participates in structured onboarding and sales training on products, services, and CRM tools.
• Participates in peer shadowing to observe best practices in outreach and lead handling.
• Joins in joint customer calls and field visits to build sales skills and industry knowledge.
• Supports developmental pipeline activities across unassigned markets without ownership of quotas.
• Participates in regular coaching and pipeline reviews with leadership.
