Job summary

Tom James is seeking a {Sales Development Representative} for a full-time, in-person SDR role. You will generate new leads, set appointments, and build a robust pipeline while working closely with a sales leader. The program offers growth into Outside Sales Professional roles for high performers.

Ideal candidates are motivated, coachable, and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed are required.

Qualifications

• Desire to be in a sales career.

• Proficient in Google Drive products and Microsoft Outlook.
• Capable of bending and lifting up to 20 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (with market exceptions).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients using platforms like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Generate appointments through outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Continuously build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities.
• Work in the field with a sales leader two times per week.
• Ensure client details are accurately documented for visits.
• Manage professional social media channels.
