Job summary

Tom James Company is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our in-person, full-time SDR program. You will generate leads, set appointments, and build a robust pipeline through outbound calling and digital prospecting.

Successful candidates will develop a long-term career path toward Outside Sales Professional, with coaching and growth opportunities. Valid driver’s license is required; travel and field activity are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-oriented environment is a plus.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients using platforms like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Generate appointments through outbound calls to prospects and existing customers.
• Build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities continuously.
• Work in the field with a sales leader twice per week.
• Ensure client details are captured for visits by the sales leader.
