Job summary

Spring-Ford Area School District seeks a Technology Support Technician to provide first-level tech support for staff and students. The role includes remote and on-site assistance, coordinating with the Technology Operations and Support Team, and training district users.

The technician will handle incidents in the tracking system, escalate when needed, and assist with equipment deployment and inventory. 8 AM to 4 PM, 12 months, 2 positions available.

Qualifications

• Provide first-level technology support for District personnel and students.
• Escalate unresolved issues to subject matter experts when needed.
• Maintain and update Incidents & Service Requests in the tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails directed to the Technology Support Center.
• Provide remote and in-person support to district stakeholders.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain technology within district buildings.
