Aufgaben

• Provide Tier I onsite technical support during scheduled visits and on-call dispatches.
• Coordinate visit windows and response times with the Head of Onsite Services.
• Perform imaging, software installs, and inventory maintenance during site visits.
• Troubleshoot and repair devices such as iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows devices, and interactive whiteboards.
• Log detailed troubleshooting notes in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
