Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience providing Tier I onsite technical support in K-12 or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with teachers, staff, and students.
- Ability to coordinate visits and respond to on-call dispatches in a timely, professional manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier I onsite technical support during scheduled visits and on-call dispatches.
- Coordinate visit windows and response times with the Head of Onsite Services.
- Perform imaging, software installs, and inventory maintenance during site visits.
- Troubleshoot and repair devices such as iPads, MacBooks, Chromebooks, Windows devices, and interactive whiteboards.
- Log detailed troubleshooting notes in the ticketing system and escalate when needed.
