The Spring-Ford Area School District is seeking a Technology Support Technician to be the frontline contact for district staff and students seeking help with technology. The role includes answering calls and emails to the Technology Support Center and providing remote and in-person support, training, and assistance across district facilities.
Hours are 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, 12 months per year, with compensation at $26.80 per hour.
The Technology Support Technician is the primary point of contact for District personnel and students seeking technical support. The technician is responsible for answering calls and e-mail messages directed to the Technology Support Center and providing remote and in-person support, training, and assistance to district stakeholders. The Technology Support Technician works as part of the Technology Operations and Support Team to provide technology related services to the district. The work is performed under the guidance of the Manager of Technology Operations and supervision of the Director of Technology, with assistance provided by district technology subject matter experts.
8 AM - 4 PM, Monday - Friday. 12 months (260-262 days), 7.5 hours/day
