Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking kitchen staff to support daily operations on an as-needed basis at our site.

You will help set up serving lines, prepare foods per the menu and recipes, and ensure proper food temperatures are maintained throughout service. Responsibilities include operating dishwashers and other equipment, maintaining clean work areas, following HACCP guidelines, and assisting with inventory and line restocking.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure all food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plans and Opaa! recipes; plan ahead for next day menus.
• Operate kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and service spaces.
• Follow HACCP processes and maintain food safety logs.
