Job summary

Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking on-call kitchen staff to support cafeteria operations across our sites. You will assist with set-up of serving lines, prepare foods per menu and maintain proper serving temperatures, FIFO stock rotation, and clean as you go.

Responsibilities include following recipes, operating standard kitchen equipment, maintaining HACCP compliance, and supporting the Kitchen Manager with inventory and meal service tasks. High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving lines daily and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
• Assist in preparation of foods per menu plan and recipes; prep ahead for next day menus.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment with proper certification and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain FIFO inventory and ensure proper product rotation and clean storage areas.
• Maintain HACCP compliance, document temperatures and safety checks, and report unsafe conditions.
