Job summary

Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District IT Department in Spencer, MA seeks a Tier II Technician to provide second-level technical support for students and staff. You will manage, deploy, and configure devices, software, and services, while troubleshooting hardware and software issues and escalating when necessary.

The role requires experience or training equivalent to the CompTIA Network+ and proficiency in IPv4 networking, Windows Server, and device management.

Qualifications

• Experience or training equivalent to CompTIA Network+.
• Proficient in IPv4 network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier support for tech issues escalated by staff and students.
• Manage and complete tickets, deploy and configure devices and software.
• Escalate tickets outside scope of the technician as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of Windows Server, Google Admin Console, Apple Schools, and related services.
• Contribute to department goals and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
