Job summary

Spokane County Information Technology is seeking a Regular IT Technician II to support desktop and mobile devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist users with technical issues in a networked environment. The role requires an Associate’s degree in computer science or related field and 2 years of IT experience.

Responsibilities include device setup, AD maintenance, software support, and acting as escalation for complex issues.

Qualifications

• Serve as escalation point for complex hardware/software issues.
