Job summary

COPESD seeks an Information Technology-Tech Services 1 to maintain district computers, servers, and network hardware and software. You will support a wide range of tech services, install and repair systems, and uphold strong customer service with faculty, students and staff.

The role requires travel to various districts, self-motivation, and effective communication. A related Associate’s degree is preferred and relevant certifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or computer related field preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in IT support roles.
• Certificates/licenses such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware preferred.
• Must submit to and pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain district computers, servers, and network hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install district technology systems.
• Provide high-level customer service to faculty, students, and staff.
• Travel to various school districts as required.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and document work.
