Job summary

London Approach is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to provide daily technical support to students, teachers, and administrative staff at a high school in West Philadelphia. The role is full-time, on-site, with a $50,000 annual salary and five days per week on location.

You will troubleshoot laptops, Chromebooks, desktops, printers, classroom technology, software, user accounts, and connectivity issues while supporting Google Workspace and device deployment.

Qualifications

• Previous help desk, desktop support, or IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting laptops and computer hardware.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace and Chromebooks.
• Familiar with Windows computers, printers, basic networking, and common software issues.
• Strong communication, customer-service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot laptops, Chromebooks, desktops, printers, classroom technology, software, user accounts, and connectivity issues.
• Support Google Workspace, configure and deploy devices, install applications and equipment.
• Maintain technology inventory and document support requests.
