Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred, or equivalent IT experience including hardware repair and a valid Driver's License.
• 1 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required

Responsibilities

• Perform physical repairs and hardware support on Chromebooks, Apple desktops/laptops, iPads, Windows devices, and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems (macOS, Windows, iOS, Chrome OS) and other software as needed.
• Resolve in-person technical support requests using a help desk ticketing system, providing courteous, timely, and effective solutions.
