Job summary

Qualifications

• One year college level coursework and MCP or equivalent.
• One year providing end-user phone support for current PC desktop and application software.
• One year installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a network environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the I.T. Manager to ensure software and applications are current and effectively serving the Derby Public School System.
