Job summary

Monadnock Regional School District is seeking a Technology Helpdesk Technician to support students, teachers, and staff district-wide. The role focuses on account creation, mobile device management, and inventory control within Windows, macOS, and Google for Education environments.

The technician will work closely with the Director of Technology, handle end-user requests via Help Desk, and travel to district locations as needed to maintain equipment and ensure reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A+ certification a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and onboard/offboard user accounts.
• Manage mobile devices and district inventory.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software across Windows, macOS and Google for Education environments.
• Document repairs and requests via Help Desk system.
• Travel to district locations for on-site support.
