Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a School District BCBA/LBA to partner with schools in Lower Westchester, NY, delivering individualized behavioral supports for students. The role supports FBAs, BIPs, data collection, and collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families.

Travel between districts is required. We offer both part-time (FFS) and full-time compensation structures, with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff and development opportunities for all.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the specified fields.
• BCBA Certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families.
• NYS Driver's License and Proof of Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school administrators, teachers, and families to create individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify functions of behavior.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with educational goals.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
• Travel between assigned school districts to provide on-site consultation.
