Family of Kidz seeks a School District BCBA/LBA in southern Westchester, NY. The role supports students with behavioral needs, partnering with educators and families to implement evidence-based interventions.

Positions available as Part-Time (FFS) or Full-Time with comprehensive benefits. Travel between assigned districts is required to provide on-site consultation and guidance to staff, families, and school teams. Flexibility and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• NYS Driver’s License.
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children and families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with school staff and families to develop evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify the function of behavior and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff for consistent implementation.
• Travel between districts to provide on-site consultation and support.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and FERPA regulations.
• Develop and deliver professional development trainings on behavior management.
