Job summary

Family of Kidz on Eastern Long Island, NY, seeks a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to partner with schools, families, and staff to implement evidence-based behavioral supports.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collect data, and coach teachers to apply consistent strategies across classrooms while advancing student goals and IEP alignment. Part-time or full-time roles with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• NYS Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in setting supporting children and families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized behavioral supports with school teams.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function of behavior and intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with educational goals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide interventions.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to classroom staff on behavioral strategies.
• Participate in IEP and CSE meetings to support behavioral programming.
