Job summary

Family ofKidz seeks a BCBA/LBA for a school district role in Northern Westchester, NY. This part-time/Full-time position involves collaboration with administrators, teachers, and families to implement evidence-based behavioral supports.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA/SPED/psychology and BCBA certification preferred, with ongoing professional development and travel between districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience with children and families
• NYS driver’s license and proof of insurance
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with school admins, teachers, aides, and families to develop individualized behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify function of behavior and interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with student needs and goals.
• Collect and analyze behavior data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide coaching and training to classroom staff for consistent implementation.
