Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a BCBA/LBA-credentialed Behavior Consultant to collaborate with schools across Lower Westchester. The role focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavioral supports, FBAs, and data-driven interventions to promote student independence and success.

The position offers either part-time (FFS) or full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Clinical supervision and ongoing professional development are provided to support your growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services.
• BCBA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school staff and families to develop individualized behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function of behavior.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior management.
