Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a Behavior Consultant / BCBA to partner with school teams in New York to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports for students. You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, and monitor progress while coaching staff on strategies and data collection.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field and BCBA certification. NYS driver's license and insurance are required, with part-time or full-time opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• NYS driver’s license and proof of Insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports with school teams.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function of behavior and interventions.
• Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with goals.
• Collect and analyze data to guide intervention adjustments.
• Provide coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior strategies.
• Support IEP implementation and attend CSE meetings as needed.
• Maintain confidential student records per HIPAA/FERPA.
