Job summary

Cortica is hiring a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences in California schools. You will work closely with educators and Cortica's clinical team to implement holistic behavior analytic services and data-driven progress tracking.

The role requires a BCAT pathway or equivalent, a focus on IEP-aligned goals, and willingness to travel between school sites.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA/Behavior Technician experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness and ability to travel between locations.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students in school settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies.
• Collect data on progress and complete session notes.
