Cortica is seeking a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings. You’ll collaborate with educators and Cortica’s clinical team to implement behavior plans and support engagement throughout the day.

The role requires BCAT/RBT credential within 30 days where required, a high school diploma, and the ability to travel between multiple school sites on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with some administrative time.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 30 days where required.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between school sites.
• Ability to complete safety training within 30 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior analytic services in school settings.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEP goals.
• Collect data on student progress and document session notes.
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team.
• Travel between assigned work sites as needed.
• Support student communication, social skills, and self-care.
• Follow safety protocols and crisis procedures.
