Job summary

Cortica is seeking a School Behavior Technician (SBT) to provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences in school settings. You’ll work closely with educators, caregivers, and Cortica’s clinical team to help students succeed across their school day.

This role requires a BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days where required, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 1:1 behavior support experience in school settings.
• Credentialing in BCAT or RBT within 30 days where required by district.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior support within schools.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
• Collect data on progress and document sessions promptly.
• Collaborate with school teams and Cortica clinical staff.
