Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days of employment.
• Safety training certification within 30 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students in school settings.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill programs.
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors during sessions.
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies in the classroom.
• Assist with communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care goals.
• Follow crisis protocols and de-escalation procedures; participate in training.
