Job summary

Cortica - Neurodevelopmental is seeking a School Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 and group ABA services in school settings. You will collaborate with educators and Cortica’s clinical team to support students with autism and neurodevelopmental differences throughout the school day.

The role emphasizes alignment with IEP goals, data-driven progress tracking, and a focus on safety, de-escalation, and collaborative planning with school staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential within 30 days where districts require it.
• Safety training certification within 30 days of employment.
• Must maintain reliable transportation and be able to travel between work locations.
• TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Execute BCAT/RBT related responsibilities within 30 days of hire.
• Provide one-to-one and group ABA services in schools.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies in classrooms.
• Collect data on progress and document session notes and incidents.
