Job summary

Cortica is hiring a School Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 behavior support for students with autism in school settings. You will work with educators and Cortica's clinical team to implement intervention plans, collect data, and support learning during the school day.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with hours aligned to school calendars and provides paid work time during assigned duties. BCAT/RBT credentials and safety training are required within 30 days where mandated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BCAT or RBT credential within 30 days if required by district.
• Safety training certification within 30 days.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavior support to students with autism in school settings.
• Implement individualized BIPs and skill acquisition programs aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school teams and Cortica clinical staff.
• Collect data and maintain session notes and incident reports.
