Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students in the classroom using ABA. Training is provided, no prior ABA experience required, with paid training to get you up to speed. The role is part-time with school-day hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will work 1:1 with students, helping them develop communication, social, and daily living skills while collaborating with families and teachers to ensure consistent progress.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).

Pay & Schedule

• $20.25-$26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
