Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Inglewood, CA is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism during the 2026/2027 school year. No prior ABA experience is required as paid training is provided, and you will work 1:1 with students using ABA techniques in a classroom setting.

Positions are part-time with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay ranges from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour, and benefits include medical coverage options, 401(k) with match, paid training, and mileage

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
• Currently enrolled or pursuing college coursework is acceptable.
• Having an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus and transportation is required.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
