Intercare Therapy in California is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for the 2026/2027 school year. No ABA experience needed; paid training provided.

Pay & Schedule

• $20.25-$26.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
