Job summary

Intercare Therapy, Inc. is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionists for the 2026/2027 school year in a part-time role. Begin in the classroom to help students with autism learn and grow through ABA with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least one completed college course.
• Currently enrolled in college is encouraged.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, run, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Be part of a team that supports meaningful progress.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to maintain progress.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
