Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026/2027 school year. You’ll work 1:1 with students in classrooms using ABA, assisting with communication and daily living skills. Paid training is provided, and you’ll join a supportive team.

The role is part-time with hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and pay ranges from $19.25 to $23.00 per hour. A high school diploma is required; college coursework or degrees are preferred, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
