Intercare Therapy in Norwood, MA is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians to support students with autism using ABA. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided; you will work in classrooms 7:30 AM–3:30 PM; part-time hours with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Pay & Schedule

• $500 Sign-On Bonus
• Compensation starting at $24.00
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
