Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Huntington Park, CA, is hiring School-Based Behavior Technicians for the 2026/2027 school year. No ABA experience needed; paid training is provided. The role offers part-time hours from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and pay between $19.25 and $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, at least one college course completed.
• Currently enrolled in college is preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Physical ability to stand, bend, run and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (training provided).

Pay & Schedule

• $19.25 to $23.00 per hour
• Part-time role
• School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required

Basic Requirements

High School Diploma Only + Below Items Preferred:

• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree

• Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
• Bilingual skills are a bonus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
