Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to partner with schools and families to implement evidence-based behavioral supports. The role involves conducting FBAs, designing BIPs, and data-driven progress monitoring in collaboration with educational teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a NYS driver’s license. The position offers part-time or full-time hours with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in supporting children and families.
• NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school teams to develop evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and identify function of behavior with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with student needs and goals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to evaluate progress.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior management.
