Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant to support students across multiple New York school districts. You will develop individualized behavioral supports and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to implement data-driven interventions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Travel between districts is expected; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• NYS Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports with school teams.
• Conduct FBAs and identify function of behavior to guide interventions.
• Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with goals.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions.
• Provide coaching to classroom staff and support IEP implementation.
• Travel between assigned districts to provide on-site consultation.
