Family of Kidz in Oyster Bay, NY seeks a Behavior Consultant (BCBA) to deliver on-site behavioral supports for students and collaborate with schools, families, and districts. The role may be part-time or full-time, with compensation ranging from $75 to $80 per hour and flexibility for fee-for-service arrangements based on caseload.

You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, collect data, and provide coaching to classroom staff while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA/FERPA.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff, families, and professionals.
• Comfort with data collection and analysis to drive interventions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform strategies.
• Provide coaching and staff training on behavior management and data collection.
• Travel between assigned school districts to provide on-site consultation.
