Family of Kidz is seeking a School District BCBA/LBA in Nyack, NY. This role supports students during school hours with part-time or full-time arrangements (FFS or salaried).

You’ll lead functional behavior assessments, design and monitor behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with educators, families, and service providers to promote positive outcomes. Applicants must hold a Master’s and BCBA certification, plus at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or Educational/Health/Human Services.
• BCBA Certification is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children and families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with school staff and families to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify function and intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, monitor and adjust Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess progress and guide interventions.
• Provide coaching and training to classroom staff for implementation of strategies.
• Support IEP goals and participate in CSE meetings with progress updates.
