Family of Kidz is looking for a passionate Behavior Consultant/BCBA to offer programmatic and individual behavior support to children in Syosset, NY. Responsibilities include developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans and collaborating with school teams.

The position can be part-time or full-time, offering competitive compensation ranging from $60–$75 per hour or an annual salary of $58,500–$80,000. Join us to make a difference in children's lives!

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a setting focusing on supporting children and their families.
• Must possess NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with school teams to provide programmatic and individual behavior supports.
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) in collaboration with school teams.
• Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Train staff on implementation of behavioral strategies.
