Job summary

Family of Kidz in New York seeks a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to work with schools and families across districts. The role offers part-time or fee-for-service arrangements with hours 4pm-6pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation ranges from $75 to $80 per hour, depending on case load, experience, and licensure.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, SPED, psychology, or related field.
• NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school staff and families to develop individualized, evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify functions of behavior and interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor BIPs aligned with goals.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
• Travel between assigned districts to provide on-site consultation.
