Job summary

Family of Kidz seeks a Behavior Consultant/BCBA to partner with schools, families, and staff to implement evidence-based behavioral supports. Responsibilities include FBAs, BIPs, data analysis, and coaching for staff, with opportunities to participate in IEPs and CSE meetings.

A NYS driver's license and BCBA certification are required, with a master’s in ABA or related field. The role can be part-time or full-time or fee-for-service, with hours Monday–Friday 4pm–6pm and a compensation range of

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field and BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience supporting children and families.
• Driver’s license and proof of insurance (NYS) required.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with school staff and families to develop evidence-based behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate to identify functions and interventions.
• Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans aligned with goals.
• Collect and interpret data to guide interventions and progress.
• Provide coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior strategies.
• Support IEPs and participate in CSE meetings as needed.
• Maintain documentation and protect student confidentiality.
