Family of Kidz is seeking a Behavior Consultant to partner with schools, families, and staff to create and monitor evidence-based behavioral supports for students. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and analyze data to guide intervention adjustments.

Role includes coaching staff, supporting IEP/CSE processes, and maintaining HIPAA/FERPA confidentiality. The position offers part-time or full-time hours with fee-for-service options; benefits for full-time include PTO, holidays, and health

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• NYS BCBA/BCABA or LBA certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting children and families.

Aufgaben

• Partner with school staff and families to design individualized behavioral supports.
• Conduct FBAs and collaborate with teams to identify function of behavior.
• Design, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collect and analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff for consistent program implementation.
• Support IEP/CSE processes and attend meetings as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA/FERPA and company policies.
