Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a reliable Scheduling Coordinator to manage the Service Technicians' schedule and customer interactions. You will act as liaison between Salesmen, Builders, Homeowners and the Service Department, addressing questions and resolving issues about service.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, are patient under pressure, and proficient with Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• No explicit degree required; strong organizational and interpersonal skills emphasized.
• Experience coordinating service schedules and customer interactions is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Service Technicians schedule and daily interactions with customers.
• Act as liaison between Salesmen, Builders, Homeowners and the Service Department.
• Write up service requests and service reports; schedule appointments with builders or homeowners.
• Maintain service parts for open service orders; report issues to the Department Manager.
