Job summary

Tuff Shed Factory Store is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to optimize delivery and installation schedules for various service areas. You will work closely with customers, factories, production teams, field crews and sales to maximize efficiency and meet customer expectations.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate data management and coordination across teams, with on-location work and possible overtime to fulfill requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers during scheduling.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text and other channels.
• Provide updates on timelines, installations, deliveries, and changes.
• Confirm appointments and communicate schedule expectations.
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Maintain positive customer relationships with high service levels.
• Optimize schedules based on production timelines and crew availability.
• Coordinate schedule changes due to weather, delays, or shortages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for updates and info.
• Escalate risks impacting satisfaction or timelines.
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling processes.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and update milestones.
• Ensure data integrity and documentation accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned; occasional overtime/weekend work.
