TurfCasa is seeking a remoteContent Coordinator to help publish approved marketing materials and keep the content workflow organized. The role supports TurfCasa from a remote location while coordinating with on-site fulfillment teams in Lakeway, Texas.

Entry-level candidates are welcome, with paid training and full-time opportunities. Pay ranges from $20.50 to $24.75 per hour, with starting pay based on skills and experience.

Job description

Help publish approved marketing materials and keep the content workflow organized.

Remote role supporting TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas. This position coordinates with our on-site fulfillment teams; it does not perform physical warehouse, delivery, installation or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant's work location must be confirmed during hiring.

Full-time is the primary opening. Part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome. Paid training is provided.

Pay: $20.50-$24.75 per hour in base pay. Starting pay within this range depends on relevant skills and experience.

What you will do

• Format and schedule approved content using supplied templates and assets.
• Collect product updates and existing images from the team without on-site production duties.
• Maintain the content calendar and route drafts or changes for review.

What will help you succeed

Clear writing, proofreading and organized handling of files. You should be comfortable learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates and following approved processes.

Benefits and schedule

• Full-time employees: 10 days of accrued paid time off and 6 paid holidays.
