Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to develop and manage project schedules for field technicians in the Pentagon Technologies service group. You will define tasks, estimate resources, and create timelines while tracking progress and handling customer communications.

You will also create reports, analyze data trends, and ensure data quality through checks and systematic data collection, supporting program leadership and client relations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• MS Excel “Expert” preferred.
• Programming skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and populate trending reports.
• Technical data entry.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
• Track calibrations of equipment.
• Complete scheduling for field technicians.
• Collaborate with Program Director to ensure data capture.
• Develop data collection systems to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Perform data checks for accuracy.
• Train new staff on data entry requirements.
• Case manage current and prospective clients.
