Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator in Houston, TX. You will coordinate Installation Technicians and subcontractors, manage project backlogs, and forecast revenue while collaborating with the District General Manager and field leadership.

You will maintain installation schedules, review orders for scope and labor allowances, and ensure accurate PSDs and CCDs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast paced working environment.
Requires 1–3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support and/or project coordination.
Must be a leader with the ability to communicate effectively (oral/written) and interact well with customers.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other computer systems, as well as database management and project management system input and maintenance.
Must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
Excellent written and verbal communication with customers as needed.

Responsibilities

Schedule Installation Technicians and subcontractors to meet customer completion dates.
Manage backlog of projects including revenue forecasting and status codes/dates.
Review backlog with DGM for revenue forecasting.
Attend daily calls with DGM to review new projects and action items.
Drive installation processes from start to finish in coordination with DGM and field leadership.
Manage subcontractor schedules and track arrivals/departures to client sites.
Review new orders for customer contact info, scope of work, and labor allowances.
Maintain electronic installation folders for assigned orders.
Update PSD and project scope and coordinate with manufacturing, transportation, and resources.
Submit subcontractor POs for approval and process invoices in accounting systems.
Document actions in Solomon/Atlas and maximize when actions are not met.
Maintain installation schedule using Atlas or scheduling tools.
Follow up with labor to meet PSD and CCDs.
Other duties as assigned.
