Job summary

Pentagon Technologies in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Technical Site Services team. The role focuses on creating schedules for field technicians, maintaining data accuracy, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have solid MS Office skills, data mining experience, and the ability to present complex information clearly. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and populate trending reports.
• Technical data entry.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
• Track calibrations of equipment.
• Complete scheduling for field technicians.
• Work with Program Director to ensure data capture.
• Develop data collection systems to improve quality.
• Perform data checks for accuracy.
• Train new staff on data entry requirements.
• Case manage current and prospective clients.
• Daily phone dialogs with customers for scheduling accuracy.
• Adjust schedules for customer needs and emergencies.
• Assist technicians with shipments and data needs.

Job Details: Job Location: Chandler, AZ 85248, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: First Shift, Pentagon Technologies is an elite service provider in the critical and controlled environment arena with a primary focus in the Semiconductor, Data Center, and Pharma/Healthcare Industry. Our Technical Site Services group specializes in cleanroom performance testing, certification services, protocol management, world class cleaning and construction management services. We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Create and populate trending reports.
• Technical data entry.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data.
• Track calibrations of equipment.
• Complete scheduling for field technicians.
• Work collaboratively with Program Director to assure that appropriate data is being captured.
• Create ongoing working relationships with customers.
• Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Perform data checks for accuracy.
• Participate in training of new staff on acceptable documentation and data entry requirements.
• Case manage current and prospective clients.
• Daily phone dialogs with customers to ensure scheduling accuracy
• Revisions to schedule to accommodate customer needs and emergencies
• Assisting technician needs on a daily basis. Including shipment of equipment, data, etc.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• MS Excel "Expert" preferred.
• Programming skills preferred.
• Experience with report writing.
• Knowledge of statistics.
• Experience in data mining techniques and procedures and knowing when their use is appropriate.
• Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
• Solid experience and background in both acquiring and managing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• MUST have strong customer service skills.
