Job summary

Guthrie's Ace Handyman is seeking a Customer Service & Scheduling Manager to be the first point of contact for customers, answer calls, and schedule handymen for home projects in Nashville. The role combines customer service excellence with scheduling accuracy to keep jobs on track.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple inquiries and bookings while using ServiceTitan and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative support experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets).
• Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday.
• Reliable transportation to the Nashville office.
• Experience with handyman services is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Respond to new leads and inquiries by phone and email.
• Ask customers detailed questions about their handyman and home-repair needs.
• Review customer descriptions and photos to understand the scope of work.
• Help estimate how much technician time should be scheduled for each project.
• Schedule jobs with the appropriate handyman based on skills, availability, location, and project requirements.
• Enter accurate customer and job information into ServiceTitan.
• Maintain detailed notes for each job.
• Communicate with the field team throughout the day.
