Handyman Connection is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the heart of our operations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle incoming calls, schedule jobs with craftsmen, and support the field team while driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Customer service or office administration experience preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with home repairs and remodeling is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating jobs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls and schedule jobs.
• Coordinate job scheduling with customers and craftsmen.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates and booked jobs.
• Enter customer and job details into Jobber.
• Handle customer service requests professionally.
• Support craftsmen and office team to keep operations running.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
